Isabella ROSSON

She was tried at Old Bailey, London on 10 January 1787 for stealing clothing with a value of 2 shillings. She was sentenced to transportation for 7 years and left England on the Lady Penrhyn aged about 33 at that time (May 1787). Her occupation was listed as laundress, mantua maker.She left NSW in 1810.

Notes: Gave birth on 31 May 1787 to a child which died on 8 June 1787.A teacher in the colony from 1790-1810 with her husband William Richardson who she married on 5 September 1789 - they had at least 2 children.
